Very friendly welcome from Claire when we arrived. She was most helpful during our stay, resolving any issues we had. The food at this hotel is excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The Swale room was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Lovely hotel.

Beautifully presented cottage, extremely peaceful area. very clean, quality linens. Lovely location, very narrow road so parking is slightly limited, but there was plenty of spaces close by. Lovely hamper package of essentials, well equipped kitchen. Very very nice cottage.

    Location was excellent right in the centre of Richmond. The staff were always pleasant and helpful if they could be. We had a meal there which was reasonably priced and good quality. The pub is dog friendly and our dog was made welcome. Decaff options available in the room. Breakfast was good although no decaf coffee available, and only white bread.

    Great location & almost perfect property size for a get-together with family. Owner was quick to respond with couple of issues but not intrusive even though he was just next door. Dog friendly. Walking distance to the pub which has a great choice of beers 🍻
