Spacious cottage, well equipped, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds and perfect location! Becky was extremely helpful too! Great to be able to walk out the door and, in a few steps, be exercising our dog on the common! We hope to return.😀

A stunning place to relax and unwind with such charm and character throughout the property. We loved the layout of the property - being an 'upside down' layout with the sitting room and kitchen upstairs allowing views out onto the beautiful gardens and woodland. Our host, Hilary, who we didn't actually meet - but always quick to respond on the two occasions that I needed to make contact - was very kind and made us feel most welcome. With the woodburner and Christmas tree 🎄 in the sitting room, this made for a very comfortable and cosy stay.

Dinner was like from a picture book! I find it really tacky when people take smartphone pictures of their dinner in a restaurant but I made sure no one was looking at me when I did just that because my dinner looked just superb and tasted equally great. Service was also perfect. This is a hotel I would highly recommend!!

Best nights sleep in a long time. We booked this hotel at the last minute. All the staff were friendly and attentive, the food in the restaurant was great, the bed was large and very comfy and the room was quiet. Breakfast was huge and the grilled bacon was particularly delicious 😋. All in all this was a great hotel and I'd really recommend it to anyone passing through Stroud. Shout out to the manager for being awesome and Ash for his great dinner service and wicked highballs! 10/10 would definitely stay again.

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very comfortable. We are dinner at the hotel and the food was amazing, very good menu for Ceoliacs’ and once again the staff were lovely and very accommodating.

    The rooms are well decorated and spacious. The location is right in the middle of Stroud and there's parking right outside. Staff were friendly and helpful and they provided a dog bed and water bowl for our dog. Staff were also very accommodating about us changing rooms and a partial refund.

    Beautiful hotel very well kept and updated with many original features. Excellent location on Rodborough common. Many scenic walks can be enjoyed from the hotel. Close to many key points to explore within the Cotswolds area. Staff professional yet friendly and helpful. Breakfast stunning. Dog friendly. Our labradoodle thoroughly enjoy his extra attention, dog friendly room, and sausage at breakfast. Parking safe and plentiful.

    Lovely clean apartment,easy check in loved the layout had everything inside we needed loved the upstairs bedrooms very warm we went to the downstairs pub and had a meal staff were really friendly and helpful with anything needed with our apartment loved all the cute dogs just chilling in there very pet friendly and plenty of parking spaces also a direct bus route no 40 from Stroud town centre drops you right outside,great atmosphere would definitely like to stay again if we are in that area again
