What a beautiful place to stay in...Calmness and views, sauna in the evenings, wonderful home-made breakfast...It was a wonderful stay! If you travel with small children keep in mind that it's not the best option - a lot of stairs and places where they can fall, so you would need to be constantly on guard.

Everything about this place is charming and relaxing. The design is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful, and it’s perfect for a getaway. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a tasteful stay.

We were welcomed very warmly. Loved the location, close to town and an easy and interesting walk from Lake Ilia. The swimming pool and changing rooms looked wonderful, although we didn’t have time to use them. Work is still underway and it will be very splendid soon. There didn’t seem to be any cafes in town, and so we were very pleased to be able to order meals at the hotel, and to be served by the pool. A truly memorable experience. This is a good place to relax away from the tourist trail.

We had a great stay! The staff were very pleasant and attentive, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the view was simply beautiful. It's a charming family guesthouse, with the most warm-hearted host: Nino prepared a delicious and abundant dinner for us, she was extremely helpful and we had lovely chats with a glass of homemade wine and liquor. The guesthouse is in a very calm location, perfect for visiting the Tsinandali Estate and the region.
