Everything went smoothly. The apartment was spotless and everything seemed new. Extra bedding was provided considering irs winter. Communication was easy, payment was easy and done at the property and most important is that everyone at the property was friendly and helpful. Mariam made sure that everything was in order during the stay. A huge recommendation to anyone visiting Kutaisi.

The room is exactly like the photos. It has a nice little balcony with street view. Fully equipped and spacious apartment on the attic of an old building. We rent a car so it was easy for us to get there, and we could park the car inside, safe and convenient.

The apartment is huge 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 2x balcony. Located 10 minutes walking to the center. But the owner is a win! He has a MB car for 8 pax and offers you trips in the surroundings, mountains, sea, monasteries, etc. He knows the place and tells you a lot of info. He also pick you up at the airport and back any time you need. He prepared for ys a "shashlik" at the beach. This makes our stay amazing. Georgia is beautifully place with great people.

Nice garden, nice view from the room, nice kitchen, even if it was warm there was air con. We are bicycle travellers and we had no problem to store the bikes in the garden. The owner also help to cook and clean. Overall really good.

I stayed in this hostel with my friend - for both of us, it was our first time in Georgia. The hostel was nice, clean, our room was spacious and the host, Mr Davit, was wonderful! We even got a welcome drink in the form of a shot of homemade cognac 😊 The beds were comfortable, the interior of the hostel was very welcoming and Mr Davit even took us to the airport at 4 in the morning on the day of our departure. Everything was awesome!
