responsive staff and the houses themselves are very beautiful and cozy inside. there was a small problem with the fact that we wanted a house with a stove, and the girl administrator quickly resolved everything. the houses are warm inside, beautiful view. comfortable beds and warm blankets. the house has all the utensils to cook your own food. there was even a capsule coffee machine (though without capsules)

Everything was incredible, the girl on the reception was the the nicest, so attentive and helpful, advised is on the weather and where to stay in our next stop Kazbegi. The guys in the dinner and breakfast were amazing too. Regardless low season everything was working - the sauna, the restaurant, the room was incredible, we really appreciated the upgrade. Would definitely definitely come back if ever in the region again!

Nice, spacious room with comfortable bed and super comfy ottomans (I think that's the name; a kind of lounge armchair). Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and good breakfast choices. Our room had also a wonderful big terrace that unfortunately we could not take advantage of because of the weather. In warm weather it must be a dream to sit there.

Neli and Zaal are such warm and kind people, I was so happy to meet them and felt so comfortable staying at their house. The garden is very peaceful and the breakfast plenty and delicious! Opt for the room with the balcony - it has an amazing view!

I came with my son for the Telaviye tennis tournament. The rooms and hotel were very clean, and the pillows in the rooms were like feather pillows. Since the TV was an Android device, it had every app. The hotel owner, Mr. Temur, is a wonderful person, friendly and helpful. Nice and quiet, close to old town. The owner is very hospiralize and helpful. Gave us a taste of his wines and Chacha, wich were grate...the garden is very nice too. We felt part of the family.
