I stayed at Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel after moving from the Old Town to the Rustaveli area, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet quiet and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the staff gave me such a warm welcome — their kindness and hospitality made a great first impression. The hotel is stylishly designed, very clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also incredibly delicious and fresh — I looked forward to it every morning! During my 4-night, 5-day stay, the team was incredibly attentive and responsive to every request. I had an early tour one morning, and they kindly prepared breakfast earlier than usual just for me. On the last day, they stored my luggage after checkout and even let me come back in the evening to take a shower after a tour — such thoughtful service left me truly touched. There was also a lovely staff member who kindly allowed me to take a shower after I returned from my tour — I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. Palm Tbilisi Boutique Hotel truly prioritizes the comfort of its guests and goes above and beyond to make your stay special. I left with warm memories thanks to their care and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

We booked the suite as we were travelling with two children. The suite has a sofa bed that sleeps two adults and is reasonably comfortable. There is a kitchen with a large fridge and a stove and a very convenient dining area. Location is great, you can easily walk to the Rike Park or Liberty Square with the metro station there. Also the big museums and a Carrefour (get a giant Pizza there for 20 Lari!) are nearby. Breakfast is served from 8:30 till 11 a.m. and has a nice variety. Staff is very helpful and friendly!

The host was very welcoming and was very quick and easy in communication: met us, gave some tips on the neighbourhood, let us leave the luggage and informed when the apartment was ready ahead of the check-in. The apartment itself was superb: very nit and clean, all the facilities were there. Two proper bedrooms and a very nice use of the inner space. I can't point out enough how nice was the stay at the property. Also, very pet friendly as we travelled with a small dog.

The staff was so friendly to me right from the entrance . The best feature I've liked in this hotel is that they're pet friendly so I was able to take my cat with me to the room and there was no problem with it . The location itself was in the middle of Tbilisi . Overall I'm very pleased with this hotel, probably the best one I've stayd yet.

The staff person who was on duty overnight was a great help. I needed to arrange a taxi to the airport at 3am, with several suitcases and a small dog. He advised me very well and provided assistance. I was very grateful. I appreciate that this hotel truly is pet friendly.
