The apartment is excellent, located in a new building. From the balcony, you get a partial sea view along with a beautiful landscape. The kitchen is very well equipped, and I especially appreciated the many small amenities that are often missing elsewhere, such as salt, kitchen bags, soap, kitchen foil, and even mosquito repellent. The owner was also very helpful and responsive in communication.

We stayed in the apartment No 2. The place is clean and nice. Beautiful view to the sea and to the mountains. Close to the beaches. Close to the restaurant Agios Theologos, where you can find all typical greece Food. The apartment is simple and perfect for a couple to stay. The owner is friendly and askes if you need anything.

David was great, provided us with loads of goodies on arrival, offered us fresh fruit and veg from the garden/orchard and gave us a run down of the go-to places/beaches in that neck of the woods! Peaceful quiet location, full view of the sea and away from the busy town centre noises. Stunning views in the evening, we lucked out with a cherry moon on the second night and sat in the back garden with a full panoramic view of the sea and moon - a sight to see !! Access is easy, with paved winding roads through the hills leading to the apartment's access road. Kitchen has most of the essential facilities, toilet is clean and shower pressure/temp is ideal. Loads of room for parking, and if you fancy ditching the car for a day, there are a bunch of small quiet beaches within 5-10m mins walk. 10/10 across the board

It is a brandnew hotel that is very tastefully decorated and in keeping with the natural surroundings. There is a great energy to the hotel and every space is inviting and comfortable. The swim-up suites are definitely great, but even the other rooms are nice and the pool loungers (around main pool) are out of this world. You don’t even need any shoes to wall through the dunes to the beach. The welcome by the charming owner was very warm indeed.

Loved our stay here. Outside facilities were great !! Made good use of the BBQ and sunbeds. Hosts were great and fullfilled any request. Percy the Husky was very friendly and loves attention. Great for animal lovers

    Very warm welcome, Tina s amazing, she make everything easy, she book transport and assist with day trips , saved me for worries.. Very good location close to everything , shops, tavernas, bus stops.. Very clean, towels and bed linen changed every couple days.. even I told Tina do not need changed ,bar by the pool with everything you want to drink cold or hot, ice cream.. the dog Laura and the kitten Zoro was a bonus.. Thank you I will come back for sure

    We had the pleasure of vacationing for a whole week in mid-October, and it was wonderful. New, clean rooms, superbly equipped kitchen. Nothing bothers you - neither noise nor insects. The wonderful hostess Sevasti fulfilled all our wishes, the friendly dog Nalla always greeted us, the wonderful owner gave us fish that he caught himself. Great bed, clean linen, beach towels, umbrella - we had everything. And the gentle sea is 40 meters away)

    This hotel is a pet friendly, there is very huge garden and we can play with our dog in the garden. The breakfast is also delicious, all of the foods are home-made.

    The apartment is very comfortable, corresponds to the description and photo, the location is excellent, you go out and immediately the sea, wonderful neighbors, a wonderful couple, they have a dog Nala, we especially loved her children. Nearby there are shops, taverns, the location is perfect. It was a wonderful 6 days on Kos. My family and I recommend these cozy apartments.
