The whole property is beautifully designed, with tastefully arranged gardens, buildings, and pool area. My studio apartment was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They prepared the room efficiently so I could check in a couple of hours earlier than usual, and they were also flexible on my departure day, allowing me to keep the room until later in the afternoon for a small fee, which was very convenient with my evening flight. Their hospitality truly stood out! ♡ The location was very convenient too, with a bike rental shop right across the street and supermarkets nearby.

Great recommendations from the hosts for our limited time in Kos. Our room was spacious and had some nice amenities like a microwave, a large TV and a cute table. Location was a bit of a far walk from the port where we arrived, but very close to the beach, several stores, a bike path and vehicle rental places .

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

Amazing property that sits on a massive land with its own gardens, chicken enclosure, large car park. Very large, clean apartment with all the equipment organised efficiently. Owner is a lovely person who brought us cheesy toasts and garnish when we arrived and organised the taxi for our return. Property is close to beach, however, you will need a car to stay here but unless you are staying in Kos Town, you will need a car to get around anyway as Kos is a very big island

The property is in a splendid location. The views from the pool area are spectacular. Being on higher ground the property benefits from a cooling breeze. The swimming pool is a good size and the gardens are large, well maintained and pleasant. The apartment is well equipped, save for a dishwasher which I don't regard as essential. The pool is shared by only two apartments, which makes for a very peaceful and relaxing place.
