Amazing property that sits on a massive land with its own gardens, chicken enclosure, large car park. Very large, clean apartment with all the equipment organised efficiently. Owner is a lovely person who brought us cheesy toasts and garnish when we arrived and organised the taxi for our return. Property is close to beach, however, you will need a car to stay here but unless you are staying in Kos Town, you will need a car to get around anyway as Kos is a very big island

This newly refurbished apartment was perfect for us. We stayed for 6 nights. It had all the cooking equipment and appliances you'd need, if you like to cater for yourself. Smart TVs in bedroom and living room. Nice comfy king-size bed. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Nice sofa to lounge on. Decent size balcony with drying rack and table & chairs. Generous complimentary items.. the list goes on... Very helpful staff, easy to contact, quick responses 👍

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

Our experience was incredible. Our hosts were friendly and accessible at all times in the lead up to and during our stay. Maria provided us with amazing recommendations for dining that were the highlights of our time in Kos. Cozy, tastefully furnished and exceptionally clean one bedroom apartment in a newly renovated, lovely authentic house with a relaxing private seating area on the patio, covered with lots of green. Excellent location. Just a stone's throw from the port and the city center, but still in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, within just a few minutes' walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and grocery stores. Irini, our lovely and attentive host, made our stay a truly remarkable experience. We also enjoyed the traditional Greek cuisine at their family restaurant "Fidelio" in the city center. An absolute recommendation.
