The staff were very friendly and efficient . It was very nice to have a restaurant right on site with good food. The room was well equipped, and very quiet, allowing for good rest. We were there one night and there was a football game that evening, it remains very quiet.

All the staff were friendly and did their best to help. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location was perfect. We rented a car and were able to get valet service at a nearby parking lot. It is also pet friendly. It was an unforgettable trip to Budapest.

The hotel's proximity to the train station and metro line station makes it a hub for public transport. It's easy to go to scenic spots inside Budapest. The hotel's room was clean with stylish design. The overall environment was comfortable. When I arrived early, they managed to check me in and gave me a room without additional charges, which was a sweet little gesture and bonus to have! There were also some good restaurants nearby: check out Rosenstein Vendéglő for a more formal dining experience or Em oi pho restaurant, both within walking distance.

    Communication with staff was excellent, we really liked Spa, pool and gym. Accommodation is pet friendly, not just for small dogs, which is a big plus for hotel. It is near center and food is delicious. They even had a great vegan options. We will come back.

    My time at the hostel was truly amazing! The location was great – just a 5-minute tram ride to the center or a leisurely 15-20 minute walk. The facilities were good, and having a shelf next to my bed added to the comfort. The guests were friendly, and I even made some new friends there 😍 The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and I can't forget to mention the adorable dog in the reception area. It's heartwarming to see such a pet-friendly environment among the staff.

    Rooms are nice, the design is good. Really pet friendly, we had plates for feeding and nice cat/dog couch, and even a nice present! Breakfast is reach and tasty, there are many options. Underground parking is very convenient. The shower's door is transparent, so beware :) For us it was ok. Toilet has normal door so it's not an issue :)

    We had a very pleasant stay here with our chow chow dog. The hotel is located within walking distance to the city center and there’s a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. There’s underground parking if you’re traveling by car. We were also offered complimentary breakfast due to waiting a bit longer to be checked in, which was very nice of them and much appreciated. Also, pet friendly - a big plus for us.
