The owner is exceptional in customer service. He took care of every needs of us like arranging station pick up, heaters, tea, local sight seeing tips and many others. He is very open to feedback and one of the nicest persons, I have spoken to. It has 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms( 3 attached ), huge hall, dining hall and a kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. It's very ideal for group of people. There is a full time care taker and CCTV for security. It is in a residential locality and is safe. You can park a bus inside. Ample parking space for at least 5 cars inside the compound.

Exceptional host, proximity to everything. It is breeze to go to boat club or kumbh mela. fYI this is home stay in a way. Not a hotel so don't come with that mindset. Linens, bed sheets pillow covers were clean. Blankets are extra comfy.
