We arrived for the night at the charming farm. We arrived with 3 children under the age of 10. They welcomed us warmly and we were given the last cabin with the gorgeous view. The house is compact and clean. The balcony is a bit hot in the middle of the day but a large parasol is there for shade. In the morning and evening it is pleasant to sit on the balcony with the sun behind. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a wonderful experience. In the afternoon we entered it with cool water and in the evening we filled it with hot water and enjoyed a pleasant experience in nature.

We LOVED this accommodation! Our favorite by far during our travels so far. It was bright, impeccably clean, had lovely views and had the most perfect outdoor area to relax and unwind in the sun. Our host did not speak very much English but was lovely and very thorough with our check-in with the help of Google translate. Easy to find, using McDonald's as a reference point. And a pleasant 15 minute walk to old town. There isn't a kitchenette for preparing and cooking foods, but we had a fridge, kettle and cutlery which served us very well for our stay.

The room was small but very cosy, clean, luxurious and very thoughtfully decorated. The host Fabio was very welcoming and informative, he really cared. There were snacks in the room which was nice. The bed was extra comfy and the bathroom good too. The location was great, we walked into town and the restaurant that Fabio recommended was excellent. We enjoyed the town and all it's historical must-see places. Highly recommend it all!

What a lovely place! The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new. The villa, recently renovated, is a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. Perfect Tuscan Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality! Our stay at this lovely property was absolutely wonderful! The host was attentive and responsible– not only ensuring a smooth check-in but also providing valuable local tips for exploring Arezzo. He was always prompt and kind whenever we had questions, making us feel truly welcomed. The highlight, we were all attracted to the stunning balcony garden– an Instagram paradise with charming views and cozy seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped (full kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, ample storage), and ideal for families or friends on a road trip. Its location offered easy access to Arezzo’s historic center while serving as a peaceful base to discover nearby towns. We especially appreciated the tranquility– nights were so quiet we slept deeply after days of adventure. Honestly, our only regret was that we didn't set aside more time for visiting there due to planned itinerary; we’d have loved to linger longer in this gem!

The room was cleaned every day, a nice dinner. Breakfast can be more diverse. The best is for sure the team and mainly Kama, the most amazing lady we have met that tried above and behind to help us. Coffee is Great! Pet friendly!

We needed a place to stay over night travelling North. The hotel is dog friendly, in an excellent location close to motorway exit and surprisingly very quiet. The staff in the adjoining restaurant was very friendly and the food very tasty.
