This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season. Beautiful place. The room has everything one would need. For a couple it was perfect but could also be perfect for families. The breakfast was very good and the host did everything they could to accommodate our special requirements. Loved the pool as well.

Beautiful property, great location, and amazing room. This property is absolutely amazing, and every detail was thoughtful and beautiful. Only a 15-minute walk to Assisi, although uphill the entire city is a hill so that's to be expected. The restaurant on the property is also amazing.

Lovely new apartments with an amazing view of Assisi. Apartments are small but have everything you could need, including a great little kitchen and all you could ask for in a packaged breakfast. Parking is secure, there is easy access to walk to the Basilica or there is a bus from the end of the road to the top of town, super convenient. Wifi is good. Elisabetta the host is lovely and provided lots of helpful suggestions, we were even able to visit her family olive oil farm which was fantastic.

    This was the most beautiful hotel in a fabulous location! It was a quiet, relaxing setting with an incredible view of the Basilica in Assisi. We were surrounded by beautiful floral gardens and olive trees. The service at the bar for aperitivos was amazing! Great drinks and appetizers. Breakfast was a treat each morning. The best coffee and breakfast choices.

    The location is amazing, especially if you’re traveling with children. There’s a private, quiet path into Assisi (a beautiful walk, overlooking the valley), and a playground and donkeys to pet. And every night at 7, an amazing restaurant opens that makes you feel at home except with superb food cooked over a wood-heated fire right before your eyes. Also, the staff were kind and super helpful.

    Excellent location, very close to the Centre, but in a quite area. The hotel itself is beautiful. Staff was very professional, nice and helpful. Rooms don't come equipped with kettle, so we suggest requesting one in advance. We did and it worked perfectly. Breakfast was very good, as well as the restaurant. Nice plus are the free parking and being very pet friendly! Overall, we definitely recommend and would come back without hesitations.
