I had a great stay at Hill Colle. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, in a little cute small town, yet just a 10-minute walk from a big supermarket and shopping center - very handy. I arrived quite late in the evening, but the staff were incredibly accommodating and made check-in smooth and welcoming. The apartment was spotless, with great air conditioning. The on-site restaurant served excellent breakfast. Perfect for a peaceful getaway - I'd definitely return!

Amazing room, we got a free upgrade and it was so comfortable and fancy. The restaurants were great - Leone Felice was particularly excellent. The staff were all lovely and so helpful. The facilities were excellent, we loved playing tennis, and using the spa. We had so much fun on the quad bike excursion! Breakfast buffet was great and bar is lovely

The staff was very friendly and that the breakfast was already prepared for the morning made things easier for us. The location was cozy, close to the lake. We also welcomed the free parking close to the room, so the luggage was unloaded quickly. Motorcycle friendly.

On the one hand, selfishly, I would like to say that you shouldn’t come here (so that we’d still have the chance to return and book the apartment again – after what we’ve seen, the place will surely be fully booked all year round). But in truth, this is the most beautiful place we’ve ever visited with our family. Starting from the stunningly designed interiors (the décor was top-class, never overwhelming, yet immediately radiating quality and meticulous attention to every detail of the furnishings), to something I can only describe as a fairytale I had previously known only from paintings... I mean the surroundings. It’s something that is hard for me to put into words – views you can gaze at for days on end, each time noticing new details. Baluardo Apartments is something that even a perfect 10/10 Booking score cannot truly capture. It is a private paradise on earth. We were visiting the area for a wedding and originally hoped to stay at another nearby accommodation, but it was fully booked for our dates. We ended up finding this hotel as an alternative and honestly, we were so pleasantly surprised. The lovely woman who runs the hotel truly goes above and beyond, she’s warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about her guests. Her father even kindly helped us get to and from the wedding, which we were so grateful for. Our room was spotless and felt brand new, with everything thoughtfully prepared. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, and the sheets were changed after two days. We always had water and other little amenities topped up, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast each morning was plentiful, and the cappuccinos were a perfect start to the day. The location is peaceful, with beautiful views, and made for a really relaxing stay. For a 3-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations, we usually stay in 4 or 5-star places, but this stay was just as enjoyable in many ways. We highly recommend if you are looking for something quiet, clean, and full of heart.
