This place exceeded our expectations! The place is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need from beers , coffee and a huge variety of vanity items. Lorenzo was friendly, waited me personally for the check in with extra focaccia. He is kind, responsive, the communication was on spot. It was a perfect start of our holiday and recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

The hotel is so beautiful designed and the staff members are so incredibly nice and to our dog as well! They upgrated us to a room with a terrace so our dog could go outside and it was just the best thing ever and really made our holiday. Also the location is great because you have everything nearby (train station, the park, walking path along the see etc). The room with airconditioning was really comfortable and I really enjoyed cooling down in the pool since I was heavily pregnant during our stay :) I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about this place and hope to be back one day! I miss it already :(

This is by far the best hotel in Genova! A beautifully restored Palazzo with great attention to detail…..Everything is done with impeccable taste and quality. The staff are attentive, personable and make your stay extremely comfortable! The two reception staff are especially fantastic!!!     The hotel is very well located near the highway and the port. There is a supermarket next to it. Free parking. Very helpful staff: I had forgotten a shirt, called and came back 2 days later: they saved it for me. Room are very clean and spacious. Pet friendly (and there is a park next to the hotel to walk the dog).

    The staff was very professional and very friendly. Thanks again to Giovanni to change the dates of arrival without any problem. Very pet friendly ( but our dog is very nice and quite too 😉😍) The rooms are very beautiful. Nothing used, all well maintained and nicely decorated. Nice breakfast. Great location within walkig distance. If you go to Geneva stay there !
