We loved atmosphere in the location, staff was super friendly and accommodating! In the morning we saw a beautiful view of the mountains and gad a chance to meet some horses. It’s nice that the location has restaurant, we had our dinner there too. We were on a honeymoon, so the staff gave us some special treatment too for which we are super greatful!

The direct access to the lake is perfect - being able to swim in the beautiful lake whenever you please - in your own garden - is a dream come true! The scenery is breathtaking. Mattia was really very helpful and always on hand to answer queries or provide assistance. The apartment helpfully provides coffee and some toiletries and is well equipped meaning you can cook as you would at home. The apartment was very clean. The apartment is in a good location a minute from a bakery, bar and mini market and a restaurant with great food. Location is good, around 6-minute-walk into the lake but not situated in the noisy camping area. The equipment in the apartment is sufficient for a week stay. Lightness in the apartment is satisfactory. The apartment is tidy. The landlord is very attentive and friendly. Porlezza is more comfortable to stay than Como in summer due to relatively less tourists on weekdays. And Patra House makes it attractive too.

We stayed here for one night as a family of four, it was perfect! Amazing picturesque location, friendly & helpful staff and great accommodation. We ate dinner and it was lovely, really tasty. The breakfast was also great.

Amazing view, positive energy, wonderful setting and design, wonderful forests around, cute toiletries in the bathroom, pet friendly. Our rabbit enjoyed the garden. It was peaceful. The staff went the extra mile to help us with everything we asked for. They helped with putting our icepacks in the freezer during the night. Also, providing special breakfast request.

We used this for 1 night on our way back from Tuscany to Switzerland. Nicely located in a very green area. Met our expectations as we were not looking for luxury or many additional facilities. We had a suitable room for our purpose, lot of green around to walk the dog, excellent breakfast and diner and a very friendly and sympathetic staff. Parking for free. Nice location.
