Absolutely wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so many delicious choices. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful — they went above and beyond to assist me. The people here made me feel so welcome that I truly fell in love with Modica. Having a free parking area was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. All in all, our stay at La Casa di Toti exceeded our expectation. Although accommodation by itself is pretty basic, experience of being there and spending time with the boys there was precious, helping them to accomplish contact with other people. Supporting institution like that is really something special and ethic. The breakfast consisted of three types of croissants, Nutella, jams and freshly squeezed orange juice. And, of course, getting Gabi's cup of coffee in the morning was the best.

Everything! The view from this location is mind-blowing. Gianpiero was SO helpful and accommodating, and we cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. The family have owned and lived in this beautiful Palazzi for many generations and the property history is beautiful. The Palazzi is amazing and close to everything you could wish for. The buffet breakfast was good, plenty of choice. The soundproofing was good and needed to be as hotel located right on a highway behind a filling station! It would be OK if it was an airport hotel or if you were passing through on business and needed a comfortable place to stay for the night but not as a holiday hotel. One good thing is fresh water available freely in all the corridors. The staff were helpful and courteous but couldn't make up for our disappointment. I cannot understand why this hotel is so well reviewed.

Amazing value for money. Modern interior, clean room, friendly staff and private underground parking. On top of all that the place is dog friendly. For my personal needs this checks all the boxes. There is a coffe machine in the room for an espresso in the morning and a tea kettle. Additionally a tap and glass bottle to refill free filtered cold water in the hallway. (even sparkling) Check in/check out was quick and easy.

Very odd location - right behind the Esso petrol station but couldn’t fault it - nice pool - good room and a Nespresso machine! Breakfast slightly unexciting but you can’t have it all. Easy drive down into Modica and lots of parking (only pay the meter after 4 in the afternoon). Unbeatable price for the nights stay.

The food was super mouthwatering Lydia the owner was most friendly and goes out of way to satisfy your needs...most of all the area is very quit relaxing and with impressive views.For me it is a good value for money especially it is pet friendly.
