Emilio and his wife were super accomodating. The property is beautiful, in a perfect quiet location. I think this property is well under rated and should be shown as TOP property in the area of Mantova (Mantua). Perfectly located a 30 minute car drive from Verona, Lago di Garda and surroundings. The rooms were extremely spacious, comfortable and updated The breakfast was tasty and always full The hosts were great, had a great conversation and explained about the place Wifi was great The place just relaxes you and is a great place to stay at. Nature lovers would just love this place. we met Otters, Geese, Swans, Rabbits. It is located inside Mincio Natural Park . Several great restaurants in the nearest village Goito.

We loved the (historical) building where the appartments are. We loved the appartment (modern, beautiful but simple & practical), we loved the garden and the swiming pool (great for relax, we had a marvelous family picnic). We also felt so welcomed by the hosts, being very nice, available and discrete. Marco was actually better than any "travel guide" we may have bought! Thank you.

We stayed at this place for two nights and had a wonderful experience. Franka is incredibly kind and friendly, and she was always available if we needed anything. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and well-equipped — there’s a dishwasher, washing machine, iron with ironing board, and a coffee machine. We were especially touched by the croissants and jam she left for breakfast — such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. We definitely recommend this place, thank Franka sincerely, and would be happy to stay here again if we have the chance.

Very nice cottage in the country side of Mantova, surrounded by enchanting gardens, home to lush vegetation and cute animals. Nicola and Peiman are wonderful hosts, extremely caring and with love for details. The room is very cozy, the beds allow best rest. Unforgettable the rich breakfast! Definitely recommendable! Ideal place also for cyclists!
