A unique combination of an old charming palace with modern amenities and fantastic view - can highly recommend. The bed was probably the most comfortable we stayed in while traveling two months in Italy, good air condition, very good breakfast with a lovely garden with fantastic view.

We appreciated that this beautiful former Tuscan monastery was convenient to Sienna, but was peaceful and quiet and surrounded by beautiful open space. We enjoyed roaming the grounds with its numerous outdoor seating, walking and lounging areas, as well as the outdoor saltwater pool and attached lounge area. The interior spaces are elegant but comfortable and inviting. We were upgraded to a junior suite which we jokingly referred to as the "Cinderella suite" as we had to climb approx. 65 steps to get to our rooms, but we couldn't complain as it was comfortable and had everything we needed (excluding large windows as it seemed as if the suite was originally attic space), with a sitting room, walk in closet, and large sleeping room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of both hot and cold, savory and sweet items, with fresh coffee and tea made to order, and seating options provided both indoors and outdoors. The numerous staff were helpful, friendly and polite, and were quick to check to see if we needed anything. We were even provided a tour of the attached church by the caretaker :) with translation provided by one of the wonderful ladies that work at the front desk. What an amazing adventure!

Giocomo and Lorenzo are both incredibly warm, engaging, kind, and helpful. We appreciated their recommendations, and are so grateful to have stayed in their lovely hotel! The 18th century building is simply beautiful; the high ceilings, original tile floor, and frescoes in our room were truly splendid, and the beautiful grounds were perfect for sipping wine and having breakfast outside. The location is also terrific because it is just outside of the city, so completely tranquil, yet only a 10 to 15 minute walk into the city, which we even did twice in one day. We were delighted to be able to purchase olive oil harvested from Hotel Palazzo di Valli’s olives, and can’t wait to try it when we return home! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer, and we hope to return. We highly recommend this amazing place!

The location is great, easy to find, easy to reach and only a few minutes walk away from the city center. We really enjoyed the privacy instead of a bigger hotel. The breakfast service was incredible for a private house and so nice with the beautiful garden view. We had our marriage during the stay and Valentina did everything to make our stay unforgettable. The two ladies even decorated our room. We had some minor issues with something in the bathrom not working properly - they were fixed immediately, we have never experienced that in any other hotel. Whenever we will returen to Siena La Dimora will be our choice.

    The apartment we stayed in, was an annex to the host’s home. We had a car and hence was convenient to drive around Tuscany using this as a base. Parking is free inside the compound. Villa is furnished in a homely manner and was very neat and comfortable for our family of 3. There’s a small garden where my daughter enjoyed playing with the pet dog. Hosts were promptly available on WhatsApp for communication.

    Property is well located, close to Town. It’s too far to walk but only a 8min drive by car. The house we rented had a great garden and it’s a perfectly sized house for 2 people. Very pet friendly, clean and a wonderful view

    Very nice, dog friendly hotel with free private parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and breakfast was very good. Location is perfect. It is just little bit outside of Siena center. The bus stop is near the hotel but we preferred 20 minute walk to the Center.
