Close to the airport and bus stop. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was ready in the evening when we arrived, which was very handy as we were leaving at 5 am. The only thing - instruction how to get in to the house and room are quite difficult. You need a smart phone and internet connection. I cannot imagine my mum would do it by her self, even though she speaks english a bit and is used to using a phone. Especially at night even I was strugling (38 years old)

On the doorstep of Marco Polo airport, but perfectly sound insulated. Bus stops into Venice and the airport right in front of the hotel. Taxi rides into Venice are also available - cost circa 30 euros depending on traffic. Good café in the immediate vicinity and a restaurant on site. Staff are professional and extremely polite and efficient. Makes sense booking here rather than in the city centre if your flight is early in the morning, but you want to enjoy Venice at night, or if you are looking for something more affordable without compromising on quality. Taxi services into the airport are available to book at the hotel. Around 20 euros day time tariff.

Great approach early morning, we were leaving at 4:00 am and the receptionist offered us warm croissants and hot coffee for free, it was fantastic service. He was kind, professional and very nice to us. We will use it always, for our stay close to the airport.

    Get the breakfast: its amazing! The property is beautiful to walk around and with many animals (donkeys, peacocks, chickens, cats, dog, etc). The location is less than 2 miles from the airport; but you'd never know it. I will be staying here anything I need to access the Venice airport, no question about it.
