The house is large, fully equipped, beautifully situated in the bosom of nature and surrounded by animals, and enriched with a private relaxation space. The convenient location of the facility is also a great base for exploring Umbria. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied with local meats and cheeses, and an additional advantage is the well-stocked Conad store run by the owners. An additional advantage is the availability of the host, who is always willing to help. An ideal place where you can experience the atmosphere of a small Italian town. The views and property were absolutely beautiful! We so enjoyed walking around the property looking for donkeys and goats. The food and wine at the restaurant were delicious, one of our favourite meals of our trip! The property was only a short drive go Assisi and we really appreciated the advice on where to park and recommended routes for walking around the town.

The resort was perfect for our family of 5, visiting the area for a wedding. Great location to explore Spello, Asssisi and further a field. Our apartment was spacious yet homely (especially with the fridge full of breakfast treats when we arrived). Monica and all the staff at the resort were simply wonderful. The pool area is amazing. The restaurant served stunning food - pizza and meat were particularly good for us. We even got a take away pizza after a long day to eat in our apartment. We would definitely go back.

    We were travelling with kids and they just loved the animals: they have goats, hens, peacocks, a dog, cats and many more. They could pet and feed them! The owner is really friendly and helpful, he gave us tips for dining out and for non conventional trips nearby that we enjoyed. The apartment is very spacious and confortable.

    I loved all the experience! The host were the best, made us feel at home in the best way. The breakfast and dinner was perfect! Even gluten free options for us. The location is just beautiful, the view is stunning and very close to interesting towns. Would love to come back again! The place would be great for families as for couples.
