Amazing place - part downstairs with seperate entrance. Owners live upstairs. We had coffee, tea, full kitchen for our disposal. Despite late arrival we had amazing food left in the kitchen: bread, some coockies, olive oil they produce, home made pomegranate jam, lavender honey, eggs from their chicken. There were also homemade lavender products left to buy - I purchased the candle. The place is very clean with nice vanity products fro Idea Toscana company - very nice, local touch. All info was printed and left for us in our language - we were moved by this. Wish we had stayed there longer than one night. Great place to come for longer relaxing holiday.

Right in the historical centre of Volterra, with a great local deli and butcher 10m away around the corner. The apartment is spacious, airy and very clean. I had the best sleeps of our stay on the bed, very comfortable, Our host was very helpful, checking we were ok and providing useful information for our stay when I asked. Last night we spent on the roof terrace watching the birds swoop over the historical city. We had a great stay and strongly recommend this apartment and hosts.

    The host were super nice, they were kind and welcoming even though we couldn't speak italian. The breakfast was delicious, but we couldn't try the dinner unfortunately. The location was very peaceful, with a lot of dogs and cats.

    Rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed with all amenities in the bathroom. Location is great - about 5 mins walk from La Dogana carpark and the host very responsive to all queries. He also let us know some tips about what to see and where to eat in Volterra - this was excellent!

    Absolutely stunning surroundings, hotel is located on a hilltop with 360 deg view. You can simply enjoy the view all the time! Big swimming pool with enough number of places to relax, both in full sun and under the roof. Very nice dinner menu, slightly more expensive than in Volterra, but you cannot enjoy THAT view anywhere else! Dogs are very welcome, even in the restaurant and in the pool area. E-bike rental on site. A lot of places to relax. Each room has some tables and chairs available on a private deck/balcony.

    We had a wonderful time in Villa Felice: the views and landscape are stunning, it was like we were living in a postcard. The welcoming by the hostess was warm and we immediately became friends with the animals around the house: cat, small dogs and most of all the donkeys
