We had a wonderful stay at Heta in the family room, Kazu our host was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, Kazu also manages a cozy bar below the accommodation serving excellent cocktails and provided us with good company at the end of a long day on the slopes! Bonus features were the use of onsite sauna steam room and onsen every night and onsite laundry facilities We hope to return again next season!

Great location! Lovely having an Onsen in the B&B. Sam and staff was very helpful to arrange ski and snowboard lessons. Nice breakfast!

It was centrally located, about 10mins drive from Nozawa Onsen Ski Resort and even closer to Togari Resort. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful pet friendly home. The owners were very responsive and helpful the whole time as well.

Perfect ski lodge for our large family. The owners were very hospitable and quick to respond to our questions and needs. We took ski and snowboard lessons with Sam, Taki, and Kotone at Nozawa and Togari, and as it turns out Taki’s wife is a world class baker who cooked up the best breakfast buns this side of the Pacific. Thank you for making our family trip extra memorable!

Booked two rooms for two nights with breakfast and dinner included. The rooms were the largest we saw in Japan. Mineral water onsen is in the basement and we used it several times.

Very generous catering, beautiful Yukata supplied to enhance the experience. There are two Japanese baths to choose , one of stone , the other of wood. We were surprised to be driven to the nearby shrine for an amazing 7km forest walk. Excellent accommodation. Very comfortable for our family of 5. Our kids had one room with 3 beds and another room for us. The kitchen was clean and modern with everything you could need, even a rice cooker. The location is very close to the ski lifts 5-8min walk and the town in 5 mins walk down the hill.
