Loved my stay at Alma Hostel! Great location, everything feels new and super high quality. The beds are comfy with privacy curtains, and the whole space is thoughtfully designed. The crew, especially the owners, are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Me and one of my office colleague stayed at house of sincerity for three nights and I must say the place is really comfy. The place is so close to Maharagama town ( just walking distance to Wattegedara junction) and our stay was really great. The room has a pantry with gas cooker, microwave, mini fridge and other cooking stuffs which was really helpful. Akil, the owner is so supportive, friendly and assures the safety of the tenants. Will defenitly choose the place in future as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Alakamandava spending 4 nights here at the beginning and end of a 2 week holiday. The beautiful apartment and location is peaceful and perfect to relax and unwind after a long flight, yet a short tuk tuk ride away from Colombo City. The hosts Dharshana and Bhagya ensure that you have everything you need, and the breakfast and meal choices were superb, really enjoyed the Sri Lankan options (although I had to Google some things, and there's also Pasta and Pizza etc.. As a solo traveller I felt completely safe here, it's very homely and so many pretty terraces to sit and look over the neighbourhood. I enjoyed watching the tree Squirells, and many different birds.. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sri Lanka.

When he found out that his usual taxi driver wasn’t available on the day of arrival, he personally went to the airport to pick up my manager. This level of care and commitment is rare to find and made all the difference in ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Beyond the exceptional hospitality, the accommodation itself is in a fantastic location—just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy both business and relaxation. I highly recommend this accommodation not only for its comfort but especially for the incredible service provided by the owner. This property was perfect for our group of six. We found it to be extremely conveniently located, impeccably clean, and very comfortable throughout our stay. The availability of parking for approximately two cars (depending on their size) was a definite plus. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent flexibility regarding key collection and check-in/out procedures. We would absolutely recommend this accommodation

It's a beautiful, impeccably appointed, independent room with a sitting area and a small courtyard. None of the cramped feel of some hotel rooms. Wide, comfortable bed. Good shower. It all seems new in Dec 2024. The charming host lives in the building and has clearly put a lot of thought into everything, right down to the complimentary ear plugs. I'm sensitive to street noise but I didn't find it a problem. The location is not exactly central but there are plenty of cafes/restaurants in the vicinity. The host is happy to advise if necessary.
