We had such a lovely time staying here because the hosts ensured we had everything we needed and were really helpful. The food was excellent. They prepared dinner for us, provided us with a breakfast/lunch package and also helped us to organise a safari + guide. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved that it was hidden in the jungle! Basic accommodation but loved the location, tranquility and sounds of surrounding nature. Food was lovely. Sampath and his wife, Ajanta, were the perfect hosts and so helpful. He organised our safari, helped us with a visit to the doctor, took us fishing at the nearby lake and his son came to do a karaoke one night. All very enjoyable and loved Wilpattu NP. An unforgettable experience. My kids loved the frogs!
