What an extremely beautiful experience. We spent one night at Al Kamar Camp and can definitely recommend it. The atmosphere, the lodges, the dining and the pool area are amazing. Little paradise on earth, close to Marrakech! We spend 4 nights with our two kids (one of 3 years old and our baby) and we had a wonderful time. I could cry thinking about it. We are definitely coming back!! Just walking around the place is a delight, the food is delicious, the staff is so friendly and there are so many animals and fruit trees and flowers ... it's stunning. Even more beautiful than the photo's here give away.The farm is 'self sustainable' so what you eat, comes directly from the land. And let's not forget about the view!!!! While you're on the terrace or at the natural swimming pool, you get blue skies and incredible views of the atlas mountains, with snow peaks. There are a lot of activities you can do; horse riding, donkey ride for smaller children, hiking, visiting Agafay dessert and watching the sunset, cooking class, learning how to make goat cheese.. and if you want to get into the city of Marrakech, you can, it's about 45 min away. You don't need to book a riad in the medina of Marrakech if your departure time is during the night or early morning. They fix you a taxi anyway! But if you really want to, the owners have a riad aswell, Dar Touyir

Amazing place with the coolest staff! We enjoyed every little thing here - comfortable clean room with the desert sunrise view through the windows, delicious dinner and breakfast at the rooftop terrace (which is btw accessible 24/7 which is perfect spot for stargazing or the sunrise/sunset views) and the excellent staff who were super friendly and helpful, ensuring the best possible service for us. The road to the place is quite good, new asphalt segment at the beginning of the desert, so only few km left with the gravel road which was also easily doable with the simple car. They also offer quads if you’re interested. Be aware they don’t accept card payments, so be prepared to have cash with yourself.

We are a bunch of friends from London, UK and loved our stay at La Ferme Nomade for a night. The staff welcomed us with all their heart. We spent an afternoon on the ATV watching the sun set, guided around the terrain with the expertise of the staff - it made our trip very special. Our room was was comfy and was a short distance from the pool and reception - but afforded a great deal of privacy nonetheless. It was an amazing experience watching the stars in the night sky. A massive kudos to the staff, who made us feel so special! What an escape from the city!
