They were ready to answer all questions and ensure we were having a pleasant stay. One night when the cab didn't arrive, they went out of their way to drive us to a restaurant reservation showing that they can go above and beyond. Despite being a pet friendly place, once they saw how terrified I was of their cat, they did everything to help me feel more comfortable and that was enormously appreciated. Loved the little extras in the room. Although we had a small room it was perfectly equipped. Value for the basic room is great. I stay often in Oaxaca for work and decided to splurge a bit. Compared to a basic room around the area which are around $1000-$1500 in the high season, Hotel Los Amantes basic room includes a delicious breakfast and great amenities. Very much worth it.
