The highlight was the hospitality from the owners of the Yurt. Besides that the yurt created a very relaxing atmosphere for me and my girlfriend to enjoy my birthday. The Yurt was extremely clean and the stove added a very cozy vibe.

Although our stay was short, it was absolutely wonderful. The owners were very kind and accommodating — they even allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The place had everything we needed and all the amenities were just as described. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and hopefully, we’ll have the chance to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and professional, the room was beautiful with a great view over the water, and the food was plentiful and very delicious. Grou is a lovely little place with lots to do and great walks. The hotel is right on the habour. It has been beautifully renovated and has a very interesting history.

Hotel Lunia offers colourful rooms in a peaceful location in the charming village of Oldeberkoop. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The Drents-Friese Wold is a 15-minute drive away.
