this hotel is great place for stopover. There is a park nearby and our family even managed a break there for a walk. This hotel is accessible with airport shuttle. The reception staff are truly warm team. This hotel is next to canal, sometimes you can see boat passing. This is my first choice again, if I stop over in Amsterdam again. They rent out bicycles too if you want to explore the park.

Location: you don't even need to get out of the airport to arrive at the hotel, as there is an internal way that connects you directly to the hotel. The room was super clean, we traveled with a cat and he was super welcomed, staff is great and friendly, and breakfast was delicious.

The staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious and the bed really comfortable. I also eat at their sports bar and the food was good. Overall the hotel is clean and classy; and they have amazing amenities.

I had an early morning flight and it was so convenient to be at the airport. My room was renovated and I loved my bathroom. I appreciated the eco friendliness where the coffee and water machines were shared ones in the passageway. There was no use of plastic. Very nicely done! I should say check in and check out was seamless.

The location of this hotel is great, that's really the only reason to stay at a hotel like this. I have also stayed at their competitors hotel down the all of from this one, honestly they are both exactly the same, just pick which ever is cheapest.

There is a park next to the hotel with a small pond, trees and grass ... which is great for dog owners! The room was comfortable. The hotel is VERY quiet. Couldn't hear the planes at all! Breakfast buffet was ok but overpriced. Location is fantastic since it was right in the airport!

The staff were very friendly and also attended to my questions promptly and professionally when I was speaking directly to them. The fitness area and wellness area looked good when I checked them out but I did not use them. I was there for NYE due to my dog and Dutch insanity with fireworks. We heard some explosions from Amsterdam and Amstelveen at midnight for about an hour but nothing like if we had been at home. I recommend this place for pet owners (especially who want to stay for NYE).

Proximity of JAA TO! It's a short (max 5 min) walk! I must admit that ladies at the reception (especially Diana and a Polish speaking manager) were extremely helpful and kind. Great location for runners and/or dog owners too!
