I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this elegant 4-star hotel near Pashupatinath Temple. Its location is superb—close to both international and domestic airports and only a few kilometers to major sightseeing places. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home right away. Really good localisation, in the heart of Thamel ! The dormitory is clean, comfortable, with real hot water !!! They are female and male dormitory. The breakfast is generous and really good (bread, jam, butter, egg, banana…) and provide also drinking water (hot and cold). And the staff is friendly.

The owner is very kind and always available, helping with any questions about treks and transportation. The rooms are very clean, and there is always hot water for showers. The Wi-Fi works very well. The breakfast is delicious, and they even store your backpack for free while you go trekking. I will definitely return to this place!

My second home truly lives up to its name. For Nepali standards, it is really good! The location is excellent—right in the heart of Thamel, close to everything you might need: shops, restaurants, cafés, and travel agencies. The owner is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I was allowed both a late check-in and an early check-in, which made my stay so much more comfortable. Another big advantage is the possibility to store your luggage for a day or even for several weeks if you are going trekking and don’t want to carry everything with you. The rooms are quite clean, the showers are wonderfully hot, and overall it’s a very good value for the price, with included breakfast. I will come back.
