This is a private residency that was decided to be rented as a hotel, and you can feel it right away. The service is not smooth. Cleaning is not ok, no hot water, bath smelled from the first day, the breakfast was two eggs, one piece of bread, and some tiny pieces of fruits, which is ok, but definitely not the level of "lux bungalow". The enterence is "private" , meaning you arrive at the closed gate and have to call a manager, but the connection is off at that place so we had to come back to the main road to catch a connection. Then once you are at the property you are totally dependable on the manager. Whatever you want - just text him. But the internet is very bad and often off. The guy doesnt always checking the phone, as the proverb goes the first day the guest is a gold, but the last day they are a trash. The same is here! The territory is nice. That is it. As a traveller with an experience I can say that this place has a lot to improve and the manager is a young guy who is smiling into your face all the time but has soemthing else in his mind.

A Beautiful Experience in the Amazonia - Tarapoto I am so glad I chose this place for my stay. It truly felt like home, surrounded by the incredible beauty of nature and its soothing sounds. Everything you could need is right here, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The accommodation is incredibly comfortable and clean, making it perfect for anyone working remotely—it’s the ideal spot to focus and recharge. The staff are incredibly welcoming, with the biggest hearts, and they truly make you feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality added so much to the experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the heart of the Amazonia. Highly recommend! 😇🤍

The host from the moment we arrived was very friendly and professional. He helped us with directions to a lavendura as his service he had previously informed was not available during our short stay. Our room was clean, and had everything we needed. The upper terrace is just Incredible. A very artistic and well designed space to allow for relaxation and breakfast. For our breakfast the host was kind enough to provide for us a half hour earlier as we where departing to Chachapoyas. All the artwork is by his 15 year old daughter. Very talented. The host works hard and does a great job. Gracias amigo 🙏 Ps, if you are looking for a really genuine motor taxi driver who will help you with any of your needs for very far prices- We recommend our trusted driver Rony. He helped us with everything from changing currency, sim cards (chips) arranging laundry and next day delivery, getting medicine for banjo overload and dealing with altitude sickness, getting to collectivo services and forever making sure we where not being scammed.
