The check-in was very easy. The room was tidy and very clean and there was a fresh aroma all around. The building is completely renovated and there is a good atmosphere. We enjoyed the decoration and the beautiful plants. The fridge in the bedroom was very useful. The breakfast is great, very complete with lots of options. The staff is very friendly and always available to help. We want to thank Daniela, Maria and Elisabete for making our stay in Terceira Island a great experience. We hope to meet you again soon!

This is a newly opened hotel with a beautiful interior and superb customer service. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, happy to help with any requests. Beatriz kindly organised a late check out for us which we greatly appreciated and special thanks to Jose who was particularly friendly and made us feeling very welcome. What a gem! The views are fantastic, the place is so cozy and lovely and you will find everything you need here and more. We absolutely loved staying at this place and the owner is just wonderful- so helpful, trustworthy, kind and always very attentive. We also rented a car from her. Hotel Monte Brasil is nicely situated in Angra do Heroísmo close to cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. only a 3- 4 minute walk to the center of the city and botanical gardens, and ocean views a 10 minute walk to the beach.
