( a bit scary to enter the small streets of the village by car but it is manageable and common to typical portuguese villages, especially in the mountains. Very clean and comfortable rooms, nice swimming pools, you can reserve (incl in your room rate) the indoor spa and pool for 30 min in private. Staff are very helpfull and attentive. Our dog got as well a welcom gift. Not far from the hotel you can do some hiking in the forest. The accommodation was located in a beautiful area and great for when you have pets with you. Gina our host was absolutely lovely, very helpful, friendly and approachable for anything you need She is also a fantastic cook. Every morning he prepared a tasty breakfast, you could choose when you wanted to eat in the morning and it would be all set up. The room was bigger then expected, we had our own bathroom and a big closet. The bed was a little smal for my partner but we slept like a rock! We had our dog Leonberger with us and the host didn't mind, around the property there were a few semi stray dogs and a cat but they where very friendly.Guest review byAnaFamily with young children
