The room is beautiful and the service is amazing! We had a wonderful stay at W. Everything went well from the moment we checked in until we checked out. Reservation Team, Welcome Team, Food & Beverage Team (thank you Gift and May and everyone in F&B team for taking good care of us), the cooks at the Kitchen Table, including a very yummy customized Indian vegetarian main course by the Indian master chef, Buggy team and the people at the beach (Boss) are super friendly. The secluded location, the villa's and facilities are all top class and absolutely stunning. What differentiates a good hotel from a great one are the people, and I would like to make a special mention of the food and beverages team, especially Branka Novakavic, Chef Sumalee Khunpet and Champ. They did everything humanly possible to ensure us a fabulous dining experience and accommodated our special diatry restrictions as if they were no problem at all.
