The staff were very helpful and nice to us during all the stay :) Very nice location, and don't hesitate to enjoy the free tuktuk ride to go to the beach ! We would definitely stay with you when we're back !

i love the location, its away from the crowds but just 10 mins walking from the beach. the room is clean and the owner just the best! along with all the crew they are all so nice ans always so helpful. i will be back next year for sure🥰✨unfortunately i dont make photos of the room but trust me it is not disappointing.

We stayed at Place Hotel in Phuket for 1 night and had a very pleasant experience. Although our check-in was quite late — around 9:30 PM (the standard check-in time is 2 PM) — the owner, a truly kind and accommodating lady, graciously allowed us a late check-out until 5 PM, even though the official check-out time is 12 noon. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Kata Beach, with markets, food joints, and 7/11 stores all around. The hotel facilities are great, the AC works perfectly, and overall, everything about this property is really good!

amazing townhouse with a lot of space and private parking lot for the scooters. Aircondition is very silent. The beds feel at first very hard (I have a very soft mattress at home) but it seems of very high quality. A wonderful sleeping with no hurts of back or shoulder or hip. The blankets fit to the sheets, so it’s looking beautiful. The house is very clean, you don’t get dirty feet when going barefoot in the house and even on the terrace. The house was provided with plenty of mineral water when we arrived. The host is very friendly, helpful and responds fast. Around the house are plenty of good restaurants. The scooter rental directly at main street has very good conditions (180 per day when renting 2 for a week and you can pay with creditcard to cover the deductible in case of accident or theft (if your creditcard has a rental insurance) As the house is in a side street from main road, you can sleep without noise. The kitchen is fully equipped, but not really needed with all the restaurants. On the terrace smoking is allowed. All windows and doors have light-tight curtains for a good sleep in darkness. There is not really a view from the house, but usually you spent the daylight time outside, so it doesn’t really matter. If you are sitting on the balcony a cute white cat is coming for snuggling. Internet works perfect.

The villa is amazing, very clean. The house manager Patchalita was excellent, very friendly and could not have done more for us on our trip. She gave us reccomendations and organised transport for us daily. Lots of things quite close by, 15 min walk to the beach. 10 min walk to bars and restaurants

Unique location between the two beaches of Kata and Karon, 5 minutes walk, excellent service at the hotel. We were accommodated in an apartment after renovation, all household appliances were new, perfectly clean. The downside is that there is no breakfast, but there are dozens of cafes and restaurants within a 100 m radius.

Galahad and Fleur were so welcoming and kind and made us feel really at home. Galahad was very happy to pick us up from the bus stop at Rawai and it was a short trip to the guest house. A fabulous pool to refresh ourselves and the beach just a 3 min walk away. There was a kitchen including a barista coffee machine for us to use and fridge space dedicated to us too. Our room was beautifully and thoughtfully decorated with an artistic touch and very spacious. The space felt safe with a door code entry system. We would def choose to stay here again .
