The hosts are amazing. They are very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The breakfast is made per order, and it is delicious. The location is not the typical tourist location as it is a bit out of the main attraction area, but we loved the fact that we could eat at a local restaurant where there is no English menu and get awaken by monks chanting at the temple next to the hotel. The hotel offers bicycles to ride in the neighbourhood and lifts to the Night Bazaar and the Old City.

Beautiful residence designed and built and run by the friendly owner wisit and his family. The environment is peaceful and closed to nature, room and service are top top standard, the owner and his family really looked after us well and offered a lot of local insights to us and invited us to join their friends celebration party - once in a life time experience for us and will for sure be in our memories for a long long time! They were very nice and helpful with what ever question we have to help us and even they gave us ride as well when we are going to downtown and also we forgot staff in room and they send to us with post office so I will recommend to who ever looking a room to stying in Chiang Mai .

    We really were impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. We booked a three bedroom place as we had a lot of luggage and a dog. It was a pet friendly place and you just had to pay a 1000 baht deposit for the pet (which you get back when you leave) and there’s also a small pet fee. The owner was very nice and helpful.

    Location is pretty convenient. Close to Sunday Market, 7eleven just outside, bicycle rental within 500 meters. Zoe in the yellow wasn't far either, 3 blocks away. I love that they are pet friendly. I liked that they have a water dispenser and encourage less plastic waste.
