The staff here are incredibly welcoming and warm people. Everyone working here made our stay even more special, so we stayed 2 extra nights. The location in the jungle is so peaceful, surrounded by nature. The infinity pool is a perfect place to relax.

We loved the setting in the national park - the hotel itself was very pretty with a gorgeous infinity pool and we were able to walk from the door into the park (with one of the resident dogs as a guide). The hotel provided a free shuttle to/from town for travel or dinner/exploring. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

- There's a 7.5 km hike starting right next to the resort. Three dogs from the resort guided us on the entire hike which was a lot of fun.
- The staff is super welcoming and makes sure that your stay at Fern Resort will be as pleasant as possible
- The resort is located in the middle of the jungle. Perfect place to relax.
- The bungalow was very spacious and clean.
- Good breakfast.
