The location is perfect near Gardiner and very close to the park entrance and the possibility to do rafting on Yellowstone river. The view is stunning !
The accommodation is perfect even for a family of 4. It is spacious, comfortable and very good design on every details.
The evening around the fire and the marshmallow is key moment for children’s and parents. Breakfast is good.
All is very very clean.

SwitzerlandWe had an excellent stay at the Yellowstone Gateway Inn without the slightest false note. Our accommodation was particularly comfortable and very well equipped: kitchen, TV, well-placed electrical sockets and efficient air-conditioning units. Our children were delighted by the small park and the free-roaming elk. I also appreciated being able to park my car in front of my door without having to make a long journey with my suitcases. The owner was efficient and friendly. The north entrance to the park is very close, then it's a 10-minute drive to Mammoth Hot Springs. The town of Gardiner is charming, with a pleasant atmosphere, and we would gladly return to the Yellowstone Gateway Inn.

The price was fair other than the extra $15 per day amenities free they were charging for the pool, hot tub, and bottled water. The room had hairs all over the shower wall and drain. The soap, shampoo, and lotion in the shower were empty. The carpet looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed.
