Mosst importantly the location was good and the property was clean. I have now stayed at this property twice and each time the staff was very detailed oriented& friendly. On my last stay on 08-09-24 the room above mine flooded and they were very kind in moving us and giving a complimentary regular stay for the inconvenience. I travel for work often and most property management and staff, are not as friendly as the staff at this location.

The room was clean. No bugs. The location was convenient. The hot tub was excellent. Breakfast looked good.
Within walking distance of several places.
We had a problem with our room. They placed us in a room that had been freshly shampooed. The worker, Jose , who had just finished shampooing the carpet took care of everything for us. He was super friendly. Give that man a raise!

Liked that the hotel is pet friendly. Breakfast wasn’t very good. No juice, machine didn’t work. no variety of choices, but we did make waffles. No butter, but syrup was available. Syrup brand had no flavour. It was liquid bland mess like corn syrup. We used small jam packets instead.
