We loved the location. It was perfectly located near all the things we love to do. All of the staff we had contact with at the hotel were so friendly and helpful. Room was in excellent condition and very clean. Beds very comfortable and shower was amazing. We enjoyed the bar area and all the seating. We enjoyed the live music.

Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

The room was huge. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was fabulous - this hotel is part of the island entertainment and shopping area. Our riverview room was quiet with a restful balcony over the river. Relaxing is actively encouraged, including around the fireplace in the lobby.

Excellent location for trips to Dollywood and restaurants on route 441. Condos are spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the golf course. Our condos was also well equipped and lacked nothing. We were proactively notified by the resort that we could do an early check-in as our condo was ready earlier than the scheduled time. Excellent equipment in fitness centre.

✨Our stay at this cabin was simply the best we have ever experienced! We spent a fantastic weekend in December, and the property exceeded every expectation. The highlights were incredible: · The indoor pool was an absolute luxury (especially in December 2025!). · The game room, so spacious that it entertained everyone, from the youngest to the oldest. · The most wonderful, fantastic mattresses that guaranteed perfect nights of sleep. Just a playful tip for future guests: if you plan to cook a lot, follow our lead and bring a little "extra pots and pans kit"! The two available certainly tested our culinary creativity, but it was all part of the adventure and gave us some good laughs. (This minor detail did not overshadow the fantastic experience at all!). Finally, a special shout-out to the administrator/manager. The contact was extremely efficient, quick, and helpful at all times. This really makes all the difference! We recommend it 1000% and we definitely want to return. Thank you for providing such special moments for our family!💫

we felt right at home here! The staff are very welcoming and helpful all the way around. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Having a pet friendly hotel was an extra bonus. The rooms were super clean and even just having 2 days there the maid service still made beds. The breakfast was a standard continental and was very good. We all enjoyed that !! Parking was very easy and the location was perfect. our dog was right at home.

#1 Breakfast buffet was as good as any restaurant. Nice selection and everything tasted good. #2 Location was good. Down in the middle of things, but set back off the road enough for it to be kind of secluded and quiet. #3 Pet friendly. I don't travel without my dog so a nice room that accommodates her is always a bonus. #4 Bed. Comfortable.

The fact there was an elevator to get to the higher floors absolutely made my night it was pet friendly and there were cute dogs around if you're worried about that I promise you the humans are louder than the dogs. The central location made it great for seeing what and who I wanted to see and overall I had a great time here and I will definitely come back

This location was very new and clean. They are pet friendly and had plenty of space to walk your dog.
