Very comfortable from beds to lounge. We stayed for 9 days and it was easy to settle in. Great design with comfy sociable area to watch TV (which worked!). Love the dining table and high chairs - also very comfy. Beds comfy - slept really well. Showers great. Facilities - just what we needed. The host was great with communication and moving in and out was smooth. Nice touches - fully stocked herbs and spices carousel and blender for smoothies. Location was perfect for us as we were near UGA and the botanical gardens.

The young lady who checked us in, in the middle night was very pleasant and very friendly. There’s no coffee maker, no coffee pot, no coffee in my room according to Raul made the appointment at reservations at how do you spell they had a coffee pot and a coffee in my room I did not. I didn’t have a blanket blanket. It was very thin I got cold I had to double my blanket. I had to double my bedding and fold the right side over to the left side to stay warm without turning up the heater, so hot that my husband which sweat on the other bed. my husband is disabled. When I went down the next morning to get breakfast, it said on there, I could not take food back to my husband that was too far for him to walk to the kitchen area for his breakfast. When I went to make the pancakes, it wouldn’t work I went to the front desk came out and help me the pancake mix that was in the pancake in the bag had expiration date of February 17 on it this was March 19. She couldn’t get it to work even I put a new bag in there. I figured out how to watch a show me how to open up the lid, close it and hit OK again to make it pump out of pancake I had to do that you tell me where the pancakes I shouldn’t have to do that. There was no apple juice no orange juice, cereal, and bread was all there was other than the pancake and two packets of grits that was it I didn’t have oranges and apple juice.

The staff is super nice. I have my dog with me and I asked them to call me if he is a problem. They have been excellent with accommodations for him and me.

Comfortable room and beds. Good location for Groome pick up. Nice, helpful staff. Good breakfast, you can make fresh, hot waffles yourself!
