We stayed at this hotel as a family and overall had a good experience. The place is clean and well-maintained, and all the services provided were good. The owner is very cooperative and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. A few things to keep in mind – the livingroom didn’t have sofas, also no, slippers, and there was no AC in the bedrooms (only in the living room). Also, the price is a bit on the higher side considering these missing amenities. Other than that, it’s a nice and peaceful place to stay, especially if cleanliness and good service are important to you.

Excellent and modern hotel in a very good position. In a elegant and quite neighborhood close to main streets full of restaurants and markets and just 20/25 minutes walking from the railway station. Nice modern design, clean and full equipped room, the bed was so comfortable and the Wi-Fi excellent!!! The breakfast was excellent too, a buffet with many many choices also vegetarian ones. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I like that the hotel's location is just near the airport, metro station and grocery store. I like the aesthetic of the room, the bed is comfy and they use an ergonomic pillow. The staff speaks good English. Nur is so kind and helpful with my luggage. Great customer service! It's also affordable too.

We stayed here 3 times during our trip to Uzbekistán. It is a great location (close to Airport, city center) and very convenient with Yandex. Rooms are very comfortable and bed is great. Staff is helpfull, checkin is fast. Also a lot of choice at breakfast. I wouldn’t doubt : this is a great and convenient stay!

We had a very pleasant stay at Europe Hotel! Great breakfast, huge beds, very attentive staff (especially Fatix), they even exchanged my pillow after noticing I couldn’t sleep on it. On top of that, we had the sauna and pool just for ourselves.

I cannot say enough about Abdullah(I think!) , the receptionist – he truly went above and beyond in a way I’ve never experienced before. He literally came to pick us up at the airport, stayed with us every step of the way, and seemed genuinely motivated only by making sure we were happy. He was incredibly kind, always available, and made our one night stay an absolute pleasure. On top of that, the hotel’s location is excellent – it’s close to the airport and also very close to the train station, which made everything super convenient
