The hostess/owner Tu made my stay very comfortable and provided interesting and useful information about My Tho, Vietnamese culture, and local Buddhist practice. Our conversations were some of the best i have had in my travels. Comfortable bed, AC, and food was out of this world. I cannot put into words how great this place is. A true hidden gem in an overlooked part of the country. Book this now if you’re looking to connect with locals and have a great experience, not just be a mindless tourist!

The hosts were great and showed us around! The tiny houses are really well equipped, you have some storage space and all the basics you need. The complex is completely new, everything is really clean and the service is very friendly and helpful. Location wise for us it was a 10/10 in a neighbourly and quiet location, still very close to the main street. But for us the feel-good factor was the garden around it. The hosts grow their own vegetables and there is a small hangout area with a hammock. And on top of all, we were lucky enough to have a little puppy around.

Phuc Sinh Homestay was wonderful! The setting, structures and landscaping just lovely with great attention to detail and lots of quaint little spots to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The meals were delicious, generous and great value. Everything was clean and well cared for. Plenty of hot water, drinking water and even a fridge of cold beverages that you could help yourself to and just add to your tab. But the absolute best part was the owner Minh and his wife , brother and staff. They were MORE than helpful. They provided great instructions on how to get there and had us picked up promptly. It was very hot the day we arrived and they took pity on us melting Canadians and upgraded us to a room with air conditioning at no extra cost! They booked our tour, all the different transport to our next destination and even provided photos of what to look for .And when our phone charger died they sent brother to town to purchased what we needed so we didn’t have to spend half our day trying to find a phone store, deal with the language barrier and probably have a very difficult day. This Homestay goes above and beyond to make there guests stay memorable and stress free. The whole staff came to wish us well on our journey and say goodbye. We felt like we were leaving family.

The host Jang is incredibly accommodating! When we checked in we were presented with tea and exotic fruits. The bikes he provided let us explore My Tho easily. Breakfast and lunch were both delicious (remember to ask in advance for veggie options). Room was ideal with a lovely view. Jang helped us book our bus tickets on our way back to HCMC. The whole time he was smoking- such a lovely bloke! Thank you Jang and family for hosting!

Mazing hosts, very kind, helpful and interesting. Beautiful bungalows and excellent dinner. I advise you to rent a motorbike in order to explore the surroundings. Highly recommend this lovely Homestay.
