The homestay is located uphill with impeccable views of Sapa and amazing staffs. The bed is comfy, my little studio even got a little living area to lounge with scenery overlooking paddy field and mountain. They provide free breakfast, range of tour (optional), and can help booking us cab also (Grab app is easy too and we can find taxi via Grab app within a few minutes). There is also little shop down hill cross the road if you run out snacks or water. I would say that Surelee Homestay provides a great value of staying and I would highly recommend.

This has been such a special experience getting to stay with Dai, Su and their family. The location is in Ta Van, a bit further out from central Sa Pa town, among the H’mong locals. Su shared the culture of her village, and we spent time together during the day and night where she quickly became a friend. I stayed in Mountain View room which was so cozy, but upgraded to a Bungalow which may be my favourite place I’ve stayed. The beds were comfy and views amazing. I highly recommend you stay here, and join in on the treks and family dinners. I hope to return again soon.

We were grateful to have found a convenient ground tour which allowed us to explore Sapa, a town that we were not familiar with. The trip was a great experience thanks to the on-time transportation that picked us up from our hotel and the comfortable limo that we traveled in. During our stay, we were hosted by Zizi at the Zizi Homestay and took part in "The Hometrek" guided trekking tour. The homestay was a traditional wooden house located in a small village surrounded by lush greenery and stunning mountain views. The Hometrek tour took us through the beautiful rice terraces and scenic villages, allowing us to interact with the local people and learn about their daily lives. Although Fansipan Hill was closed for maintenance during our stay, we were still able to have a satisfying trip to Sapa thanks to the warm hospitality of Zizi and her family. Overall, the convenient ground tour, Zizi Homestay, and "The Hometrek" trekking tour provided us with an unforgettable and authentic experience of the beauty and culture of the north of Vietnam.

I recently stayed at July House and was incredibly impressed by its prime location. Situated just a stone's throw from Sapa Lake, it offered stunning views and easy access to evening strolls. What truly sets this hotel apart is its proximity to everything you need: the bus station is incredibly close, making arrivals and departures a breeze, and the central market is just a short walk away, perfect for experiencing local life and finding unique souvenirs. Being right in the heart of Sapa meant that all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops were practically on our doorstep. We saved so much time on transportation, allowing us to maximize our exploration of this beautiful town. Beyond the fantastic location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. If location is your top priority in Sapa, July House is the perfect choice!

Everything. The host was super cool and caring. The room was a duplex and very aesthetically done. Large bed, cost room with heaters in the blankets. It has wooden flooring and the bathroom is spacious as well. A large sitting area is present outside the room. Toiletries, water and slippers were provided. The host helps you with everything right from bike rent to your bookings and she's very kind. One day it rained and I saw umbrellas outside every room. These are the things that matter. They have a nice restaurant area outside the accommodation. I saw a lot of locals trying the local delicacy called hotpot here. I wish I could stay more. I stayed for three days and enjoyed being here and conversing with the host. The rest of the staff is also very good. The next time I'm in Sapa, I'm definitely staying here again. It's located in a very quiet hillock though just a ten minute walk from the Sapa market and Sapa lake is at a walking distance too. Very near to Sapa station. Can't recommend it enough. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable! :)

The family is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. They have some really cute and friendly dogs and cats on the property. It’s a nice cosy home stay not too far out from town but by a nice rice terrace so you have a beautiful view.

The house, view, host family, and staff are amazing. I arrived early, and they got my room ready as soon as the previous guest checked out so I could check in early. There are dogs and cats, so you must be animal friendly and better not allergic, but they all are nice and like pets.
