I had self catering. All the cutlery and crockery was excellent. My two dogs behaved themselves and that helped a lot. The property was big with a swimming pool. I went to stay there for safety, my rib was broken and I was traumatised. It felt like I was on a holiday. I will definitely stay there again. The staff was very polite.

The Graham hotel is in a good location, easy to access Makhanda places of interest.
The receptionist on duty was amazing, she's smiling & very welcoming, I think her name is Gwen🌼
The water temperature was good throughout the day.
Well done Housekeeping for yò services throughout my stay.
Kitchen staff members are glorious, always willing to please the guests. Well done 👏and the food is appetizing 👌
