Bed linen and towels are provided. One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

Els Llacs has a well-equipped fitness centre, and a spa with hot tub and saunas. Perfect people from first step till last one. Very ckean rooms, nice mountains view, comfortable rooms and beds. All familly liked spa zone with 2 sauna’s (finnish and turcish) and 2 jacuzzi with speciall outside jacuzzi on big balcony. Perfect restaurant in front of hotel.
