Her customer service skill set is top tier which is hard to come by. She was kind and accommodating.

Like getting a super sweet albanian family for a couple of days. The room is very nice and the view is beathtaking. Would recpmmend this to anyone. (sidenote: the mother in the house could open a fancy restaurant with her amazing cooking skills. 10/10)

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, and currency exchange for guests. The room was perfect, brand new, clean, the bed, sheets and pillows were amazing. There was a shop in the same building, which was very convenient. The owner was so friendly and he let us stay until 11 am even though the check out time is at 10 am.

I loved that the hosts were so attentive to our needs and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Although we could not speak a common language, we used Google translate to communicate and have long conversations. The breakfast (paid extra) was a huge spread and generously put together . The host constantly checked in with us to see if we needed anything. It felt more like home than a guest house. I will be recommending Isaraj Guest House to my friends and other fellow travellers.
