Everything was perfect. Room was clean, suspicous and warm while it was snowing outside with everything we need. View was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing with the best view around. The beds were comfortable (this is very important for me) Everything was very clean! The kitchen also had everything you need. And what views! We really enjoyed it! The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator (maybe it will be difficult for someone) It's a 10-minute walk to the store, 4 minutes to the bus stop (very convenient for getting to Hallstatt. We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.
