The rooms were clean and spacious, nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. The spa area was relaxing. The reception area was also really cool. We ended up sitting there and playing games. Breakfast was awesome. The gym had enough equipment to enjoy a good workout. I liked the dimmed lighting. The coffee in the room was absolutely delicious.

It was our second time. The service of the hotel went beyond every expectation. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is charming. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, had a nice view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast had a great variety, and the 5 meal dinner was absolutely the finest dining experience, accompanied by a great service from the whole restaurant team. And last but not least the wellness, with a dedicated sauna area, sauna infusions offered 4 times a day, that is also a top quality. We were in the pre-season, but the price–performance ratio is absolutely great.

Service was expetional. It was easy to check-in and checkout. They took their time to give us in depth information about the region and even a little goodie bag when we left. Really stellar service! The facilities were amazing. We loved the whirl pool and swimming area - you can see the mountain from the pool. Our room had unique furniture and very comfy beds! We were really relaxed after our stay. Price was also good and everything was exceptionally clean!

This is such a lovely family living almost on top of a mountain. They have a little farm with cows, horses, ducks, chicken, cats, etc. and produce almost everything they offer for breakfast themselves (milk, yoghurt, cream cheese, bread, eggs, meat spread, jam, honey,...). The view in the morning when the sun comes up behind the mountains is amazing! Our family stayed there in winter and we went skiing during the day (Radstadt and Reiteralm are close), but it may be also worth a visit during summer. I would definitely go there again!
