Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. The location was perfect! The staff was so friendly and the food delicious! The spa was very nice and not full. We will definitely go back!

They had made sure it had everything we needed, and the interior design is very interesting. This was our first vacation with our little son, who is 2 months old, and we didn't feel like we were in a foreign place for even a moment. Well done to you! Keep up the good work!
